Oh no! Another Obama/Kerry fiasco, this time on Iran

This is so laughable you could cry. Obama at the UN says he's sending in Kerry to get Russia, China, the EU etc to sort out the Iran nuclear question! The BBC is loving it by the way

Barack Obama. The shallowest US president to (dis) grace the international stage since Jimmy Carter. But wait; there's hope. Here's what he said on Tuesday at the United Nations about his firm, yes firm, determination to deal with Iran's nuclear programme:

"Given [Iranian] President Rouhani's stated commitment to reach an agreement, I am directing John Kerry to pursue this effort with the Iranian government, in close coordination with the European Union, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia and China."

Crikey. The Iranian dictatorship must be quaking in its boots. They'll certainly not have noticed that America and the West just got utterly humiliated over Syria. And...

...Sorry, I just lost the will to spell out what anyone but a fool just doesn't need spelling out.... Really, that's it... if you can't work out what this means for Iran's nuclear weapons programme... not telling... Good night...

p.s. Meanwhile, there are people calling themselves journalists or analysts who are taking Rouhani's own speech seriously. Can you imagine?

pps. Just listened to BBC Radio 4 (flagship BBC) with their 11 pm bulletin, practically offering Rouhani a peace prize for saying Iran is an "anchor of stability". Not a single word offering a counterview, of course....
