Zac Goldsmith kick-started a day of campaigning with a calorific full English breakfast this morning at a meeting with London’s cab drivers. The Conservative Mayoral hopeful gobbled up two fried eggs, crispy cumberland sausages, mushrooms, tomato and smoked back bacon in St. John's Wood.

The news comes as his opponent from the Labour Party Sadiq Khan came under fire for branding moderate Muslims ‘Uncle Toms’ in a sickening racial slur.

Khan, who was bugged by Police during prison well-being visits to convicted terrorist Babar Ahmad, has been accused of being too close to terrorist sympathisers during the campaign.

Meanwhile Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn caused further outrage by failing to curb endemic antisemitism in his party.
