FDM Group, a FTSE 250 global leader in the recruit, train, deploy sector, today announces that it has signed a global training agreement with Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company empowering digital transformation at the world’s leading enterprises.

This partnership will empower students with Pega employment opportunities at leading organisations around the world. FDM Group will partner with Pega – specifically, thePega University Academic Program, which offers dynamic university-level curriculum on cutting-edge Pega software -- to provide employment opportunities for students. FDM Group will train and place PegaCertified System Architects for global Pega clients.

Pega is the leader in cloud software for customer engagement and operational excellence, providing AI-powered software to optimise every customer interaction on any channel.

Pega’s low-code application development platform allows enterprises to quickly build and evolve apps to meet their customer and employee needs and drive digital transformation. FDM will recruit and train talent throughout 2020, equipping students with the technical skills and techniques to lead and transform the private and public sector.

Recruits will learn how to apply industrial strength system design principles within a secure guardrail framework; rapidly respond to business needs; specify, design, and deliver effective software solutions; deliver beautiful user interfaces; and provide solid backend scalability, security, and reporting capabilities.
