Global technology company Zoho Corporation, which offers the the most extensive suite of business software applications in the industry, today announces that free access for Remote Sales Office, a CRM toolkit designed to help sales teams using Zoho CRM to maintain productivity and adapt to virtual selling with ease, will be offered to all businesses for the remainder of 2020 to help them deal with remote working and the UK government’s new tier-system lockdown.

Remote Sales Office is the latest programme to be introduced as part of the company's ongoing relief efforts, which support businesses impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. The platform is designed to unite distributed sales teams during mandatory full-time remote working and beyond, and allow them to manage the influx of online demand and shifting customer experience expectations, as customer services moves to a nearly 100% digital environment.

Zoho CRM’s Remote Sales Office is an easy-to-configure add-on for Zoho CRM, consisting of Zoho Cliq, Zoho Meeting, and Zoho ShowTime. The package is designed to make remote work experience for sales teams much simpler, by improving communication, collaboration and staff onboarding processes.
